Twice tonight I’ve heard Brayshaw saying Player X is Bodylining the ball. It’s not cricket numbnuts ya flog

Can't believe the amount of times he says 'footy', 'footy club', 'look' (e.g. 'they get another look at goal'), 'extraordinary', 'ability' and 'real'. Nothing wrong with these words in isolation, but you don't need to hear them 100 times a game. Lots of repetitive words, without much substance in his commentary.

Now not sport and in unhappy circumstances, but when they find a body of a victim.

It’s always a “grisly find”.

Heard Adam Cooney pronounce archives with the 'chives' part being like the pronunciation of the edible plant.

Jay Clark said that Hawthorn could "fall into the biss", instead of "abyss". He's almost as bad as Robbo.
He also slipped up yesterday and said "Pitrick Craps", but he immediately corrected himself.

A young newsreader on 3aw pronounced "Milwaukee" as "Mill-wahkee" :D

"How much has this rejuvenized your season or just saved your season?"

- Cam Mooney interview with Clayton Oliver after the Demons scraped home against the Suns

A real meeting of minds.

Well also the fact that we don't spell words like "rejuvenised" like that...
