That highlights video resembles an eastern european political propoganda video. Its like they're not even trying to hide an obvious misrepresentation of the game and the best players. The question is why?

Cockatoo had it 36 times and kicked 4 goals yet no mention.Outside of the video footage and club reporting, what particular knowledge do you have of the actual game and our best players to justify this viewpoint?
They were pretty straight up in the one from a couple of weeks ago that they got belted, and mentioned it again today. That highlights video resembles an eastern european political propoganda video. Yes the one from a couple of weeks ago was normal. They were pretty straight up in the one from a couple of weeks ago that they got belted, and mentioned it again today.
Why would i want to see the gold coast highlights?if you want to see the other side... just go to the GCS website and look at it there.
Its what I do.
But if you really think they are gonna post the mistakes and poor efforts they made then you are lost.

IMO the video coverage of the scratch matches is a significant improvement on the video coverage of VFL in previous years, which was almost contemptuously small (often less than 2 mins), with no edited in comments.
I agree with others that the comments on this game focused on only a small bunch of players but I think they just edited in vision to follow Dahl’s observations - maybe they’ll follow up with another thread with a little summary of all players, like they did couple of weeks ago, which was good.
Liked the vision of Clark and Evans - both look like they are AFL level. Interesting that Tarca is popping up now in highlights - he was in my list of exits at season end, but it looks like he’s benefiting from an injury free run, after being hampered by injury for much of last two seasons.

I like Tarca and think he's worth perservering with.Ahhh, so the little number 33 is Tarca? I've wondered who that was - reckon I've noticed him chime in for a cheeky snag or two in all of the match sim highlights I've seen. Seems a natural forward - pops up in the right places.
under the " it might take a kid a year or 3 to get the best out of himself" I totally agreeI like Tarca and think he's worth perservering with.
He's got the talent and he's a small forward who kicks goals. With Miers pushing up the ground more we're crying out for a consistent small forward who can kick goals on a weekly basis. He has a touch of class and knows where the goals are.under the " it might take a kid a year or 3 to get the best out of himself" I totally agree

I have Kennerly in that class too.... but i think hes bit bigger. He's got the talent and he's a small forward who kicks goals. "Kerry-Ann" Kennerly was mentioned as a possible call up pre-season.....hardly cracks a mention these days.
The VFL will merge with the league for the Queensland and New South Wales clubs, and the under-18s system will be revamped in a dramatic reshaping of the AFL’s second tier.
The league announced on Monday the NEAFL would be absorbed into Victoria’s state league competition, with 2021 to be “a year of transition”.
The Victorian clubs as well as Sydney, GWS, Brisbane and Gold Coast will be allowed to either field their own teams in the new VFL, align with an existing team or spread their players across multiple clubs.
No changes have been made to the SANFL or WAFL.
Meanwhile the junior pathway will change with the NAB League switching from under-16s and under-18s competitions to under-17s and under-19s.
However the draft age will remain at 18 for both the AFL and AFLW.
The VFLW model is also under review.
The more AFL clubs that field their own stand alone teams, the weaker the overall competition will be.
Is it seriously going to be a 32 team competition. Doesn't sound like an elite pathway.
