I don't disagree but Bonar had become a very reliable, strong bodied defender down back earlier this year and has worked very hard to get back - I think that needs to be rewarded.

Atu will get his chances and has done well for himself.

Will be an 11 game season now, we’ve played 10 so 1 more game (prior to this postponement was going to be 12)

some teams on 9 so will need to play both final rounds

some who’ve played 11 will have to wait and hope they make finals in 2 weeks time

They’d probably try for finals come early September but any further delays would probably can that too

All Football in Victoria bar the AFL is done no premiers no relegation torch wood bar Round 1 in 2022 whether it’s VFL,VAFA,Eastern or Southern that a good number of players hopefully close to %100 have had both injections and local footy can start

The Southport Sharks should of been in the AFL playing out of Metricon just hope the VFL has a Grand Final and there playing in it

Sounds like a great idea for a stopped short season.

Pity none of their geniuses thought of it when they extended the AFLW 2020 finals series when covid struck.
