Fair to say Tarryn Thomas cooked that for us.

He also kicked 3 goals to keep us in it

Well let’s hope watching that on the AFL that is last we see of certain players like Williamson Jones Answearth Murphy Monkhurst Hayden and others that are not up to VFL standard.
Hopefully with arrival of Clarkson not only the AFL but the VFL will be better structured with better players and the return of Patch Adams as Head Coach with a bit of help from maybe a new assistant or 2.

Thank god with the arrival of Clarkson there's some assurance of possibility that he'll direct us to take our VFL team more seriously to build up our AFL team and bolster its depth with talent that can succeed in VFL (perhaps enough to win its premiership) and pinch hit out in the AFL when needed.

Too long have we stagnated and coasted on our VFL team being even worse than our AFL team, mediocre with courageous wins here and there. We need to get serious on this.
