I thought it was interesting, especially given North Port is one of the historically most parochial grounds in the state. The merch looks pretty good, and we might have gotten a cut, so no harm no foul.

The mascot they dragged out at several points was...........something.

I’ve never heard of an opposition clubs merch tent at home clubs ground before.
Weird and strange.

Merch tent I haven’t seen but not totally against it - I had seen a opposition membership table set up at a ground - 2018 opening game v Willy at Willy Port was allowed to have a table to sell memberships, good on the seagulls for allowing this

I've had a hell of a time trying to find a high-quality VFA logo online. So I decided to have a go at recreating it from scratch.

Frankston finally knock over Southport for the first time since the interstate clubs joined the competition.

Great to finally have that mental hurdle out of the way. I actually went into the rooms for the song afterwards (not something I normally do) and the vibe was incredible.

Dolphins starting to find form. Looked great yesterday in a high class game. Probably helped a lot that Crossley didnt appear after half time. Thought Deng Andrew had a good second half and as mentioned previously Hipwell is well on his way to super star status.

Which is why I'm doing stuff like this because I know they can't be bothered.

If there's going to be any sort of acknowledgement of the VFA's heritage next year, it'll be up to individual clubs and supporters to organise it.

Thought the umpires were great Frankston vs Southport - 8, 9 & 10. Had some crap umpiring over the years in the VFL but these guys got it right all day.
No 10 was Genevieve Rouskas - hadnt seen her before, only tiny but never missed a beat. Impressive.

The VFA logo should be much bigger.
Suggest the VFL logo be reduced to the size of the numbers.
Maybe even smaller.
