Werribee defeat Frankston 112-45. Pretty shocking performance even when you consider the amount of new players we had.

Nick Burke went down early in the game with what looked like a knee injury, so he's probably out for a significant chunk of time. This year's going to be tough.

Honestly so boring the hatred you carry against the club. And it’s become obvious to others lately how much it colours your judgement.
Yep it is hatred of a pathetic club who have a habit of treating others like shit

Harry Berenger out for an extended period too, he was the key pillar in the back 6 Frankston needed. Going to be tough this year imho for the Dollies

Do we really place alot on practice matches and the Bees have recruited well again

going off the proviso that one of the Dolphins leading goal kickers has returned to local footy (Matt Johnson), two of there gun onbapllers are not with them anymore (Tom Murphy returning to local footy, Tom Blamires joining AFL ranks) and now a key defensive pillar (Berenger) has gone down with what appears to be a longer term injury.

Im as ardent a Dolphins fan as they come but reading the room, looks likely we wont hit the heights we reached last year, sans an explosion from a number of the guys we're developing.

So any gun recruits ?

Yeah between the injuries and the players we've lost over the offseason, I don't like our chances of being top 4 again like last year.

Good luck and your coach is a beauty
The few players I know personally think Jacko is the best coach they've had.

Saw something about 19/23 who played in his Dragons premiership side have now been brought into the AFL. I dont know if that is pot luck but that is some sort of feet.

I've never heard a single bad word about hom from anyone. And having met him a fair few times around the club, can confirm he's a good guy. And of course his coaching record speaka for itself. He took us from the bottom four to a finals berth with a list that everyone thought would perform worse than last year.
