Totally agree. I used to love going to games early to watch the reserves play. It became so ingrained in my football-going experience that even when they stopped playing curtain raisers, my dad and I would still arrive at games over an hour early. It's just staggering that they don't have dedicated weekly TV/Radio coverage considering the quality of some of the blokes running around in these games. Obviously the interest in the reserves isn't all that great, but surely there's still enough interest to warrant some sort of regular and consistent coverage?
You’d need to get there a bit earlier nowadays as any pre-game / curtain raisers need to vacate the ground some time before the AFL begins, though this was reduced from last year.

You’ll have some test runs for the NB’s this year in the VFL curtain raisers planned.

At least two of the selected won't front up. My guess is Cuningham & Polson.

If three are no-shows, one can be confident in thinking that CCurnow won't be playing.
Polson probably needs to play, stop/start year and another bye ahead soon.
He & Schumacher need to get out on the park.

No coverage?

Hoping for some twittercine60 updates, live blog posts from the Hark De Triomphe or possibly some Views from De Mond(yboy)...
Two weeks in a row they've announced it last minute. :p

Hopefully the club has learned a thing or two about livestreaming since last year.

'Final' team line up.

A few likely to come out to travel with the Carlton team to Tassie....at a guess Cam Polson and Matt Kennedy.

Leaves a midfield of Wilson, Fish, O'Rourke, Cuners, Anderson and possibly Stocker. Pretty bloody strong midfield...all we need is a rotation in the senior side, have a two time JJ Liston Trophy winner come in for a stint, and just blitz the poor opposition.
