Werribee v Essendon

Hard game to pick. Werribee lost their first game of the year last week. Essendon won easily, but I didn't think Bendigo would kick 15 goals in the game. It is a Werribee home game. I am going to pick Essendon by 4 points.

Sandringham v Murray Kangaroos

Murray will win easy. I think the margin will be 39 points.

Port Melbourne v Carlton

I am picking Carlton to demolish Port. Port led last week at three quarter time by 51 points and still couldn't win. That will be the end of their season. Carlton was the first side to knock off Werribee last week, and will be full of confidence. Carlton by 73 points.

Geelong v Williamstown

Going for Geelong because of home ground advantage. Geelong by 17 points.

Tasmania v NTH Ballarat

Tassie should continue the bad season of NTH Ballarat. Tassie by 31 points.

Sunday

Box Hill v Coburg

Box Hill will continue their great year and put Coburg away. Box Hill by 78 points.

Northern Bullants v Springvale

Springvale will beat the Bullants. The Bullants will be competitive during the match, but when it counts, Springvale will run out 24 point winners.

Bendigo v Frankston

Yet another big loss comming up for Bendigo. Frankston will be far too much for Bendigo winning by 15 goals.

Enjoy the VFL on the weekend.

Again like last week, I can't be bothered going to the VFL website and finding the scores, so if anybody wants to do it between now and 7.30 in the morning, please feel free to do so. If not, I will post the scores then.

I have no idea why I have been quoted about the scores. I edited the scores.

PLAY ON...

OK, despite your average tipping this week, can I please ask for rely an accurate assessment of the Murray Kangaroos prospects against North Ballarat this week (at North Ballarat)?

I am yet to see the NB side in action, as I have only started going to non-curtain-raiser VFL games this year.

How well do North Ballarat play at home, and apart from Peter Somerville, do they have any players with AFL experience that may be a danger to the Muzzas?

Unless I counted wrong, they have won 2 games at home. One of those was against Coburg, where that prick Someville kicked a goal after the siren to win by 5 points.

I am going for the Kangaroos. They have more AFL experience, and have more scoring options. The roos have kicked 1340 points to NTH Ballarat 969.

One player who playes for them is Former Richmond and Hawthorne player Stephen Jurica.

Thanx for that, I had forgotten about that fat soft sack of faeces Jurica.

Mention was made on the Roos board that North Ballarat have done a bit of recruiting and will be no pushover at home.
