I do that when I want to see the inside of my eyelids.I only do that when Crisp kicks backwards into defence on a wet night in the dying moments.

You do it 24/7 judging by some of your analysisI do that when I want to see the inside of my eyelids.
Could you at least spell his surname correctly, it's Cochran, there is no E.I would like to see Cochrane given a chance at AFL level. Surely West deserves a chance too, given how poorly our AFL forward line is performing.
Harvey Harrison deserves a call up soon. We could definitely use an injection of speed and toughness in our AFL side.
Parker seems to get overlooked often. Must be deflating for him as he's clearly above VFL level.
If it's a case of we have enough small/medium defenders.... why aren't the coaches being a bit creative with the positioning of players like IQ and N. Daicos? Surely Quaynor, draft pick 13 isn't going to just be a 15 disposal back pocket that plays better than that once a month?
Howes did well today as a key back. Needs to keep stringing good performances together and he too may get a call up as his body is ready.
He, Saxena and Macarthy are all a long way off it physically. They really should be playing thirds not reserves footyPrindable. I just don’t know. Seem a long way off it atm. Will need to see how he does with some size added. Will be a slow year I feel

Rotate howe and Cochran. Howe will need management due to his age and injury history, so play Cochran when he needs time off.I would like to see Cochrane given a chance at AFL level. Surely West deserves a chance too, given how poorly our AFL forward line is performing.

Maybe VFL is his level. Like those many Shield cricketers who were great at that level, but couldn't make the next stepNot sure the coaches will see it this way, but I think Allan has leapfrogged Long with this game.
I get what you mean, but breaking into the 11 man Australian team is harder than any financial institution in the world...Maybe VFL is his level. Like those many Shield cricketers who were great at that level, but couldn't make the next step
Steele to replace Steele. Howes to replace Howe. Unfortunately Prindible doesn’t look close to PendlesHis name should have been our first clue.
Very true and I get what you mean. But those who are good enough will force their way in. I always thought of Fin Macrae in the same way. Was never going to be good enough imo. Nothing I've seen of Allan gives me much hope either. Has a few tools but there are missing pieces.I get what you mean, but breaking into the 11 man Australian team is harder than any financial institution in the world...
With our lack of tall defenders, at 20 years of age, he's the perfect candidate to develop into a key back.It sounds like Howes' move into defence is going quite well - good for him to have another string to his bow.
That sounds like it would cost us Six million dollars... Man!It is his opposite knee …
We can rebuild him.
We have the technology.
We can make him better than he was.
Better, stronger, faster …
That sounds like it would cost us Six million dollars... Man!
I think he's made progress. I think this is the first year that his VFL play has looked likely. He's regularly using his pace to burst forward which he didn't do much in previous years. Confidence is rising.Maybe VFL is his level. Like those many Shield cricketers who were great at that level, but couldn't make the next step
6 million is more like 600 million in today's currency. The coaches might need to take a cut.Yep, we can cover it within the soft cap.
I don’t see anything in Prindable to suggest he is even remotely AFL quality
He still doesn’t get out of a jog
He basically walks contest to contest
No intensity, never on the move, no turn of speed …as a midfielder this is alarming
Swadling by comparison you can see has traits that can survive at the level
On last weeks performance people here were saying Ryan needs to promoted - not sure he’s a “delist” after yesterday. He is really rough to evaluate. What do we do with him?
Ryan on a 1 yr contract with limited upside vs draftee with a potentially higher ceiling?
I would choose the later. No more carrying dead wood players on the list.
I've gone the other way to most. In previous years I didn't see him doing any AFL things at VFL and thought he was lucky to get any of the games he got. This year I think at VFL he's started to look promising.
Cochran played his best game of his career yesterday- but he’s still below the standard needed to be promoted. He still makes basic mistakes and decision making is not sound. I’d promote Ryan ( not to play Howe’s role) ahead of him, because his decision making, and ball security is far better.Rotate howe and Cochran. Howe will need management due to his age and injury history, so play Cochran when he needs time off.
He looked 6-8 weeks away yesterday. Cramping almost after every contestHayes only played 50% game time against the Blues. Can't be long before Bobby can do that.
Funny because swoop on his review was saying how impressive he lookedI don’t see anything in Prindable to suggest he is even remotely AFL quality
