Cox played alright, but far from BOG. I actually thought out of the big men on the ground, Steene had a better game than Coxy....
Cox was better in the second half. Didn’t do much in the first half. Steene had a great game. Best of his career so far. He’s missed a year of development last year that it’s nice to see him have a game like this

Watching Glover play last night, it's a real surprise he had never given the AFL a lookin.
He has always looked more than capable of making the grade. At 27/28, maybe that opportunity has passed him. He was very good last night...

I'm really impressed by Steene. It's a shame he missed last year, because if he continued on his trajectory last year, he may well be pushing for senior footy at some point this season.

"Plugger" West kicking another 3 puts a smile on the dial. I wouldn't be rushing him into senior footy as yet, though.
We have McStay missing 2 months of footy, l would just keep Westy on simmer in the VFL for another 4 or 5 weeks. See how he is tracking in that period, and if his form continues, then maybe give him a taste of senior footy...

Coxy's first half was awful, but he was really dominant when he rucked in the second half and got us back into the stoppage game. Steene was very good in general play though.

Wouldn’t say no immediately if the Eagles or Dockers offered a top 30 pick for Ed Allan
Would be nice but Allan's draft capital is fading fast.
Not going to make it as a midfielder. Just a spectator at the centre bounces.
Not sure what he brings to the table rather than a link player that racks up meaningless stats.
Doesn't break lines, not a player maker and lacks any X factor.
Looks like he is going to have to reinvent himself in another position if he wants to stay.
Hope i'm wrong ... fingers crossed.
