Jen I have some spies at the VFL, can you please confirm that yourself and some other Pies supporters changed ends you were watching the game based on what end our forwards were kicking? That is some dedication.
That is correct. We did. Sometimes it was to get out of the sun-shade. We preferred to be where our forwards were generally

Was involved in three separate stoushes that I saw. One was initiated by an opposition player; the other two were when TJ took exception to how teammates were dealt with -- one particularly heavy tackle on Parker, where I was glad he remonstrated. I dont mind this part of his game, but he needs to take care not to be too easily baited.
It's good that TJ has a bit of mongrel.
He'll be an intimidating prospect when he's developed fully, and he has athleticism to burn.

It was great to see Titch get through his hitout.
Hopefully he can ramp it up progressively and be ready for the pointy end of the season.

I think that's the best I've seen Will Hayes look. I'm surprised he had just 15 disposals (still a reasonable amount), as it seemed like more to me. I'd be happy to see him get a senior game soon enough, but he may have to wait a bit. Harry DeMattia's second half was rather impressive - it's probably the first time he's actually looked like he might have something to offer. They might have found a spot for him, so hopefully he goes on with it.

We still haven't seen our star VFL recruit Curtis Taylor - it will be handy to have him come into the side one of these days.

Good to see we've had a big win but the opponent is the worst in the VFL it would seem so some perspective is required.

Christ, their percentage is 38.2 which is 19 lower than West Coast.

That's how bad they are.
