I see in the stats that Tom Mitchell had 17 touches and 10 tackles. How did he look to those watching? Roughly how much game time did he play.

I think it was very unfortunate that he got his chance when our team was decimated by injuries last year. Hope he gets a chance with us or another club soon.

Played the whole game, was fairly rusty but tough. Probably needs another week, as he didn't really play above the level.

At the risk of getting ahead of myself, in a few weeks' time we might be in a position to replace Sullivan, Allan and WHE in the seniors with Mitchell, DeGoey and Moore. And then, a little later, McStay replacing Cox and West putting serious pressure on Membrey's spot.

I think we have the best core two dozen players of any team in the comp. It will all come down to injuries and especially the availability of Moore, Howe and Frampton. We have little injury coverage for them.
