It's no coincidence that 7 of the team are from Werribee either.
They've had a magnificent year.
Full credit to the Western Bulldogs who copped a lot of critcism for choosing Werribee over Williamstown for their VFL alignment.
The amount of support that the Tigers had on Sunday would have gone some way to vindicating the decision. I hope they are able to make the Werribee/Hoppers Crossing area a stronghold of Bulldog support in the future.
Congratulations to Chris Oliver for making the side. Not bad for an 18 year old skinny ruckman chosen by St Kilda as the number 1 in the rookie draft. How this kid wasn't drafted is beyond me!
