I guess we'll have a side. Whether it can actually be competitive might be another thing entirely. We're certainly going to be missing a number of our prime movers from across the season, and I question whether the list is strong enough to sustain a decent level of performance without them.

We ended up losing 2.6.18 to 4.2.26. Will probably be rueing our inaccuracy in the first quarter. We kicked 1.6 to zip, but only kicked one goal in the last 3 quarters.

Very strong wind that we kicked with in the first & third, and we failed to take advantage
In the second quarter nearing half time, we just couldn't clear the ball from our defensive 50 and ultimately gave up an easy goal from a free kick at the top of the goal square
Saints were cleaner when they needed to be
Now to turn our focus up pre-season which starts on Monday

Watched the last ten minutes or so. We were huffing and puffing but never really looked like scoring, let alone winning. I50's ended up 32-18 in our favour but there was clearly no fluency to our play at all.
And it's also clear that the standard of the VFLW is a stratosphere below the AFLW at this point. You'd want to be a genuine quality prospect at this level right now to be any real hope of making it in the big time.
