You can tell who has played SoO before and who hasn't. All these <5 season plebs requesting premo positions. People should be just saying in and then leaving it up to the captain to decide where they play. Like our fearless leader ClarkeM said, it's not about where you play, it's about who you play for, so all your rookie-type plebs can shut up and feel privileged to even make the squad, let alone the bench, let alone the midfield.
