My understanding of Jalland was that he was a class operator but simply didn't have enough time to devote to the MFC. Well certainly not enough time considering the situation we are in.

In assembling the new board it should obviously focus on getting quality people but PJ/AFL need to be very astute in finding those who will commit huge chunks of their time and energy as well.

We also have to make sure we don't burn bridges with important supporters like Jalland.
