Love that draft from a Carlton perspective. Fits our list needs to a tee and I'm a big fan of Cerra & Higgins. They are however seen as 'safe' options, so then to go for a bit of x factor with Petruccelle at 30 is perfect.

You are right in addressing our need for a ruck but we don't need a young one that'll take time to develop like Hayes. We'll be looking at a mature ager for sure and then someone younger like Ned Reeves in the rookie. I'd much rather Clark who was also available. Although if Richards manages to fall to us I will be over the moon
