New Rule - Default team rule

If there's only 1 entry within 1 week, they will take the team by default.
No poll, no extensions
If there's 0 entries, 2 day extension (1 entry = default owner, 2+ = poll)
If competition creator ends up being the only entrant, comp will extend until a 2nd entry is submitted
