No it doesn't mate... AFL is the Australian game, our game, no code kicks the AFL's "arse" its just stupid. I can guarantee you that once Melbourne Victory suffer a terrible season the crowds will dramatically drop. It's not F O O T B A L L you fool its "soccer" it will always be "soccer" because we have been playing "footy" aka Aussie Rules for well over 100 years. Please show me any mad footy fan that will openly describe soccer as "football".

Havent these guys heard of the internet? I refuse to pay 55c or whatever for their stupid poll. Soccer is likely to win at the moment anyways... what with the Victory win last night. Same poll at the end of September and who do you think is likely to win?
