Nope. Rising Star eligibility is they had to have played 10 or less AFL games before the beginning of the season. Alex had 13

I only snuck him in for 1 but I look at it this way - if Ballas kicked 88 goals for the season would you be happy with his output even if he only had 5 touches a game?

Yeah, in the end, small forwards rarely are in a position to get huge stats and its even rarer that they'll be a presence from beginning to end. Their number one job is to convert the few chances they get and Balla did that. So I'll sneak him in for a vote too. As for the rest:

A disappointing loss for the boys at their first home game of the season, but at least we can say it was a better showing than round 1. Some familiar names were up the order in our votes this week with Fyfe, Walters and Hill rounding out a fairly unanimous top 3. It was an even spread and fairly slim pickings after that which reflected the form of many - good in patches, but missing in others. This is how it added up:
