Game will be done soon. When it is, vote here on who you thought were our better players on the day by allocating up to 15 votes as you see fit. 5,4,3,2,1 is the traditional way to do it, but any other combo is allowed as long as no single player gets more than 5 votes.

Official young blokes this week are Grey and Balic. If you think their game was worth it, give them a vote for BYB award.

See this thread for more info.

5. Taberner
4. B. Hill
3. L. Neale
2. C. Blakely
1. M. Walters

BYB Brady Grey

Hill had leather poisoning today but Taberner's game is about as good as possible from a key/forward ruck. He had 7 contested marks, kicked 4 goals and was more than competitive in the ruck when he went in. That sort of contribution is extremely rare from a 2nd ruckman.

That Hill/Neale/Blakeky/Tabs combo consistently popping up pretty well sums it up. Without ruck work, I woulda thunk BHILL had more impact than 4 goals from Tabs, he kept us in with a chance and I think we would have folded without him.

But 4 goals from anyone is hard to argue with, coupled with his ruck works and a lot of 2nd efforts. Our forward line worked better with him in it.

So Tabs 5
BHIll 4
Blakely 2
Neale 2
Kersten 2

1 Fyfe

Changed my 1 vote from Walters to Fyfe as on reflection Fyfe's two 2nd half goals came at vital times, but there's remarkable similarity between the two players performances on the stats sheet.
