5. S Selwood, gets the hard ball and is isn't making anywhere near as many errors as he used too.
4. Embley, he ran hard, didn't screw around much and made good choices.
3. McKenzie, showed potential, can take a mark and his kicking is getting better.
4. Cox, racked up the touches and was getting back to his best.
5. Wilson/ Shuey, Both were dominant in their respective periods.

HM- Lecras, Schofield, Smith.
DM- Kennedy, Mcginnity, maybe Masten but then again he played his 2nd best game of the year.

5. Cox: one of our true veteran leaders. not to be traded!
4. Wilson: great game for him. hope he can kick on.
3. Selwood: typical no fuss performance. hungry and hard at it.
2. Schofield: he has an important role somewhere in our best 22.
1. MacKenzie: hurn probably deserves a vote but i've been a big emac critic in the past and he was really solid today.

+1
I would consider Hurn for HM but he faded so badly. I suspect he is quite unfit after a broken season.
Our two senoior palyers did very wwll within their limitations. Emb + Cox.

I would not give Lecras an HM.

Even though we copped yet another loss, it was great to see glimpses of our future. Looks bright for us, we have some quality young players. When we bring back the likes of Kerr, Glass and Sheppard it's going to start to click. Watch out 2012.

My match review: http://www.wceblog.com/2010/08/west-coast-vs-north-melbourne-review.html

5 – Eric MacKenzie - kept the in form Lachie Hansen very quiet with tight checking and good spoiling, whilst also running off and provide some sound rebound.

4 – Scott Selwood - solid all-round game from him - used the ball well setting up a few scoring opportunities and contributing a goal himself.

3 – Shannon Hurn - was largely responsible for the initial lead with his lethal right foot setting up a lot of play, but anonymous in the 2nd half. 20 disposals and 1.0

2 – Callum Wilson - provided a good marking target I50 and converted OK with 4 goals 3 behinds.

1 - Ashton Hams - set up a number of scoring opportunities in the first half with clean disposal and 1 goal himself (particularly good in the first 3 quarters).

5. Hurn
4. S.Selwood
3. McKenzie
2. Wilson
1. Cox

HM: Hams, Stevens, Ebert

DM: Waters (cant Kick), Embley (cant kick), Smith (made two critical mistakes), Spangher (for being Spangher).

Might want to put your prejudices to one side this week mate.
Waters 95% disposal efficiency, only 2 clangers (which were probably his 2 free kicks against).
Was one of our best today.

5 Hurn - great first half. long precision kicking all game.
4 Cox - 4 very good quarters of ruck work
3 Waters - used it well. great toughness - awesome shepherds really lift the boys.
2 Wilson - our best forward on the day. presented well
1 Schofield - Him and Emac really stood up down back.

HM Emac, Shuey, Hams and even Embley this week (nearly snuch into the votes)
