really felt sorry for this guy he was getting a beating from a big group of magpies supporters, behind me. Screaming kick it to mastensss and saying what a waste of a draft pick and stuff like that and then when he would get the ball they would give him a huge sarcastic cheer specially when he missed the open goal from 50m in the last.

I must be missing something with S Selwood because all I see is a kid with below average skills who has a go, but mostly runs around in circles until he gets in trouble and coughs the ball up. Did it repeatedly last night.
I didn't see last weeks game and he may have been allright but last night he was nowhere near BOG for us.

nah they only started giving him shit in the last when he missed a few targets and got pushed off the ball a bit. But they all went quiet when JK hammered someone in the goal square. It was pretty annoying though because they kept on screaming give it to Mastenss not masten, they could at least say his name right

overall a very ordinary effort. the magpie's magoos made us look second rate and too many players were murdered in the one on ones.
as far as i can tell our skills (especially disposal and goal-kicking) are still our biggest problem. at times we display really bad skills for this level of footy.

Kennedy would of been higher except for the poor disposal to him, at least 3 balls landed right in front of his big toes. Priddis gets a mention because he did some things that have given me hope he can imrprove on his game. Glass was our BoG and extremely unlucky not to have held that wnk jb Anthony goal less. Embley had a decent game, probably highlighted by the lack of everyone elses game rather than an actual stand out game for him. A.Selwood had another decent game, along the same lines as Embley really to a good standard highlighted more by the lack of quality of everyone else.

McKinley IMO didnt deserve points, his impact did nothing but give us a few extra percentage points. Little bit easier for forwards to kick goals in the last few minutes of the last quarter when your direct opponent drops off.
