Agree, we had too many go missing yesterday. Our midfield was over-ran and easily out-positioned, again.

Think we should ask for 11 home games at the Dome next year.

On another note, I thought Bolton was solid for us today....composed, provided rebound, sure hands and kicking.....go figure.

Am I the only person who didn't see this? Early in the first quarter (it may have been Hawthorns first goal) the Hawthorn forward was free in the pocket about 25 metres from goal. Hawthorn had the ball about sixty out. Clearly he was going to kick it to the free target. Bolton could see this but he jogged back to his man so that by the time he got there it was too late and he could only provide the usual ineffective spoil. There was no urgency. He could not have been tired because he had only been on for about 5 mins. Am I just letting the previous Bolton memories cloud my judgement? He chose to run back in second gear and I can't understand why.

He did effect a good spoil and he did take a diving mark but I don't think that a six possession game is enough for a player who should be providing some kind of run out of the backline. 6 possessions is not much in football today. What does Bolton offer our team?
