Well it seems no one else is going to start it. So for me:

5. Naitanui - I shouldn't, I know I shouldn't, but I am. Three quiet quarters but he won us the game. Stood up when it really mattered and I think that's enough to give him top place.

4. Priddis - Worked extremely hard and won some very good clearances, seemed to have developed the ability to find a bit of space to give himself time.

3. Hurn - You almost wouldn't notice him, but for what his job is that's a good thing. He was so reliable and every kick had a lot of hurt factor.

2. LeCras - not sure what to think of his game tonight really, but to kick 4.1 means you're doing something right.

1. Ebert - Was consistent across all 4 quarters and did everything right. Had to pick one of him and Masten and I gave it to Ebert for consistency.

HMs go to Masten, S Selwood, Rosa, Brown, Lynch... f***ing everybody.

5 Naitanui!!! GUN
4 Priddis - worked hard all night
3 Lecca - if not for conditions, he would've had 10 goals
2 Lynch - great game as main ruckman
1 Ebert - loved his game

So Hard to choose from tonight. Great games from everyone.

5. Lynchy - such an under-rated game, he drove us out of the middle. worked so hard and put his head down when we needed it. do not ever question the Q, EVER.

4. Priddis - clearance machine, yes he cannot kick etc but he is such a quality inside player that he brings others in the game. works very hard.

3. Hurn - does not waste the pill, has improved out of sight this year. quality.

2. Leca - awesome first half, faded like he usually does in the 2nd half but still a quality performance. i swear one day when we have a more developed midfield he'll kick 10.

1. Ebert/Masten/Selwood - the 07 draftees, all played quality games. they tackled hard and contributed well.

HMs to Spangher, Naitanui (yeah he played pretty bad but that last qtr was wow), adam selwood, rosa blah blah everyone.

5. Rosa - best game he's played for us IMO. His attack on the footy was first rate and he brought teammates into the play with his shepharding. He's gone up a long way in my book.
4. Priddis - his ability to take possession of the ball was outstanding.
3. LeCras - continued on his fantastic year
2. Lynch - Again, attacked the ball ferociously. Really used his size well in the clinches.
1. S. Selwood - Takes the game and his opponent on.

HM: To the Fijian Flash.

5 - Quinten Lynch (probably beaten in the ruck to be honest, but given the size difference i thought he got close to holding his own, whilst his effort was immesne and around the ground he was everywhere and his long kicking in those conditions was very valuable)

4 - Shannon Hurn (his second half was simply sensational. he'll be close to our best and fairest)

3 - Brad Ebert (his best game for the club. tackling liked a machine and his disposal was generally pretty good)

2 - Scott Selwood (if Ebert tackled like a machine i don't know how to describe Scooter's tackling display. i think he might have hit double figures. was in just about every

1 - NNNAAAAIIIIIIITTTTAAAA!!!! (yeah pretty quiet for 3 and a bit quarters, but what an impact at the end. as i said in the other thread, more impressive than what he actually did was the time he did. with the game on the line, he stood up in game number 2. not too many guy have done that)

heaps of other guys did well - Wirra, Priddis, LeCras probably the best of the rest.

Naitanui (yeah he played pretty bad but that last qtr was wow)

i don't think he played badly up until that 10-minut burst. he was quiet, yes, but we are going to get that from him, especially this year as he is still a developing tall player. i hope he learnt a great lesson in body use tonight from campbell and taylor.

Wow very hard to give out votes this week. So many guys stepped up when required just awesome.

5 Hurn
4 Lynch
3 Priddis
2 Ebert
1 Nick Nat

Stack of players unlucky. Rosa, Masten, Selwood, LeCras, Spangher all had really good games.

5. LeCras - Gun
4. Lynch - Out of his natural position he delivered against much taller players. Worked his guts out, got dirty and did the team thing. Well done Quinten.
3. Ebert. Easily his best game. He ran, he tackled, his kicking hit the mark.
2. Naitanui - Produced something out of nothing to win us the game. Stoked
1. Masten - Kicked his game to a new level and showed us what he can do.

5 Votes - Lecras, just a gun player this guy. maybe not a 4 quarter effort but everything is pure class.

4 Votes - Lynch, justa great under rated game. Was his best game for weeks and was instrumental in our win.

3 Votes - Natanui, star in the making adn when a player can change a game in a quarter on his own then you just have to acknowledge.

2) Glass - Buddy had 2 goals by default, glass was great tonight and led from the front.

1) Masten - Been a little critical of his disposal and tonight again it let him down but the simple facts are he is finding the ball. Just starting to think he may be finding his way now.
