Geez that's a rough call. He picked up 32 possesions and IMO played one of his best games, did all the hard things.
His disposal was fine tonight also, nothing wrong with it. Just because his kicking looks awkward doesn't mean it is.
And in terms of being delisted, there are plenty more under the guillotine than Pev. He sets a fine example at training for the younger blokes as he is one of the hardest trainers at the club. And his form over the last 5-6 weeks has been top 5 B & F worthy.

I agree, Ive argued this point before and although I agree he is a one pace player...he puts his head down and pushes hard with what he has. As you said, there are worse rigth now in our side and Im always willing to list him in my best 22. Wouldve preferred Jolley and Leeto Cole and Bolts last night incidently.

Talk from his teammates would also help, he had White covered until he settled back to take another bounce.

he just has to kick goals. Don't pass when you're 50-60 out Rick, go for home.

I wonder if that is a coaching directive, he seems very much pass first these days.

Just have a crack when you get in range ricky!

Loved him turning on the pace in congested situations last night, judd style.

He's decision making/kicking was a little wayward though.

Why wasn't Solomon moved to Richo? ... Watching Bradley was like watching Zac Dawson, our midfield didn't pressure the kicker anywhere near enough, and we had no-one helping him out at all.

Couldn't agree more. There are times to try teaching Kepler grown-up responsibilities like playing full-back. Bendigo springs to mind. On one of the best FFs in the game at the MCG does not. Kepler is not, and never will be a gun FB. If you're going for development and writing off the game, give Lee the job!

I wouldn't have thought so, Stanton seems to have license. Can't imagine why Dyson wouldn't.

It was good for Kepler to see how fit and strong Richo was, even at 32 years of age, something for Kepler to work on because he could get fitter and stronger

I wonder if Sheeds is going to employ the same tactic for our forward line by leaving a huge gap in front of the 50 metre arc and hope for a clearance...might be a little more difficult this time round with West and Cross firing off bullet like handballs. Wouldnt mind seeing Johns on Harris incidently.

He looked good in patches and it was the first time i thought to myself that this kid could make it and become a very good player.
