Great game by a few, great half a game by many. Simple fact though, if it wasn't for Ryder's game against the best ruck duo in the comp (particularly given TBell's woeful performance), we'd have been 8+ goals down at 3/4 time.

Winders was outstanding tonight as well. Zaka was awesome early and tbh he kept competing hard even when the disposals dried up. And special mention to Myers who would've been close to BOG if he played a full game at that level.

5. Paddy Ryder - The aggression, the passion and the pride that he played with tonight is what we saw that ANZAC day, best performance since. Just knew he'd slot that boundary goal.
4. Jake Carlisle - Makes something big happen when it needs to, a trait that only champions have. It seems like we can look to him in those situations now.
3. Jobe Watson - What a performance after all the crap he copped all week, not to mention that pathetic crowd.
2. Nick Kommer - Yup, applied pressure all night, kept winning 1v1's under pressure constantly. Really is one of my favourite players now. Appears to be putting on some upper body bulk, also his tackles are sticking.
1. Michael Hibberd - Solid as a rock all night. Love this man.
