Positives:

It won't show in the stats, but IMO Jed influenced the turnaround the most from quarter time.
Polec (in his right position).
Pittard for all bar 3% of the match
The polish of Bailey & Larks
The continuing good output from our KPD's.
Kyron's shut down on Betts.
L-Mac's continuing maturity & hardness.

Negatives:

The wrong end of the continual appalling umpiring.
Brainfarts that ultimately cost us wins
Our inside 50's.

Fair enough the angst towards Pittard, but does anyone think we would have felt that much better had we pinched it?

Win lose draw, that was a painful game to watch and still a depressing look at the rest of the season.

Shaw needs to concede the season now and prepare for 2021, no more playing senior players who have no future with us, players underdone, and players who make fundamental errors over and over again.

We're rock ******* bottom at the moment.
Are you serious? Would we feel better if we won? Are you serious?

Despite the usual silly mistakes, there were definitely more positives today then we've seen for a bit - did plenty to put the Blues under pressure, Bailey Scott looking totally at home, three talls in defence worked well, the forward line looks so much more constructive with Larkey in... but pretty much all of that was after quarter time. In the first term, we looked lazy, soft, unaccountable and disinterested. Can't expect to win games of football playing only three quarters.

Other club supporters all laugh at our LDU selection and you can understand why. Apart from half a dozen good games and a few more promising moments he has been a huge disappointment.

It's weird, he looks like he's done the work off field and got himself to a really good size. He was caught in no mans land between contests a bit today which you can excuse as he hasn't played for a long time but when he was around the contests he just doesn't go hard at the footy which baffles me considering his size. If you're not quick and you don't offer much forward then you're a pure midfielder and finding/winning the football is a must.

Yep.

Blaming the umpires every week (same poster) says a lot about their ability as a football analyst.
Umps are swings and roundabouts with the umps. To blame every week is a triggered response that will get us nowhere.
LDU deserves time. Could show far more urgency as he cruises in 2nd gear - it's no longer junior footy.
I get that it was basically a scratch match for him. But saw no aggression, at all. Cunnington and Ziebell showed it their first few years even if it didn't work.

Are you serious? Would we feel better if we won? Are you serious?

Equivalent of eating 4 big Macs, tastes good for about 5 minutes then want to sit on the bog for a few hours after realizing what you put yourself through.

Our players should be referred to The Hague for crimes against f50 deliveries

Was it Dumont in the last streaming into the forward 50 and picked out and opposition player? FMD! Also is there any chance Atley could bounce the ball when he's got a head of steam up?
