Collingwood home game ... as I work weird hours and cannot get to many games I will not pay any money to the scum ... so I didn't go ... they get the gate takings from tonights match as they were the home team

Spot on, we take alot of crap and the players always get off lightly, its us that suffer. They get nicely paid every week and we just have to suck it in.

They just continually disappoint us all.

Exactly, and when we get frustrated and vocal we're labelled as feral. While the players cash their checks, buy bars, clothing lines, juice outlets, make money from media appearances and are treated like gods. While all the time disrespecting and looking down at us.

****! I was at the game. I would kill for one class mid like Coghlan. When we come under scoreboard pressure the hands of our mids turn to stone. Couldn't win a clearance to save our lives.

A couple of questions - when it became obvious that Bowden was going to end up in 1 on 1 marking contests with Rocca why wasn't he moved forward / into the mid? Why didn't Gas have a crack at Rocca? We had no-one making the play in the 2nd half and Bowden is sitting in the def goalsquare waiting to have the ball bombed in. I don't get it.

Bowden must move to the midfield, Deledio also needs to spend more time there. When the pressure is on, we can't win the ball in the middle.

Leave the tall backs as Gaspar, Polak, McGuane/Moore.

No doubt we will pinch a game that no-one expects us to win shortly (as per Adelaide in '06). Hard to see us getting off the bottom though - even the Kangas are playing kids who inject a bit of excitement.

The sad thing is that we were pretty good to half time, but no-one who saw the 2nd half is going to remember much of how good we were early. We got smashed after 1/2 time.

Need to see Thursfield, Hartigan, Hughes, etc. as well as some of the '06 draft kids come through now. Not much else to play for.
