That was as soft as anything but he might get a week reduced to a reprimand, luckily striking is lower than a bump

Have to remember GWS were within a kick of Hawthorn last week - they are playing good, hard footy at the moment. Many teams would have struggled to shake them off tonight.

Definitely some positives:

• Joe D...getting closer every week to absolutely owning a game.
• The renaissance of Zaka continues - best game for a long time.
• Zac Merrett in the first half....showed tonight that he he has a very high ceiling. Quick,clean, hard, beautiful kick, great decision maker....hate to make the comparison but just see a lot of Sam Mitchell in his awareness and execution.
• Paddy Ambrose...just kept working, got plenty of ball, used it well and clunked a few....looked a genuinelead-up half-forward tonight.

Myers was bracing for impact, smith pooped his pants and changed direction, thats why the elbow slid up, and it wasn't enough force, it will get chucked out straight away..
