Now to keep TG on a short leash over the break.

Don't want him coming back in poor nick and having any setbacks.

He was VERY good again with shithouse forward delivery.

His strength, lateral movement, decision making & execution were excellent.

We were s**t and still won, thats how Bad Melbourne is.
Jordan Lewis go suck a bag of dicks you w***er.

Marley, Higgo, Polec were great.
Pittard, Tarrant, Dumont, Wood pass mark

Jmac, Simpkin, Goldy, Cunners all pathetic.

Well Done Thommo, we are going to have huge problems filling the gap next year.
I thought Durdin showed he's ready to take on bigger challenges.

Geez, you’d hope he’d be smart enough himself.

Given he’s out of contract after 2020 and that his hammies have held together, he’d want to be coming to day 1 of preseason in ripping knick.

We can take some really good momentum into preseason. We turned it around under Rhyce, there were a few games we showed exactly what this group is capable of making a mess of some really good sides.
Strengthen in the off season and give 2020 a red hot crack.

Weren’t crash hot today but with nothing to play for it’s to be expected. And thanks to Scooter again, outstanding career.

* the other lot in the finals, just bring on 2020 already.

Yep, was very dependable, made good decisions and executed them very well.

The only question mark is that he didn't really have a KPF opponent for most of the game.

We learned a couple of things today.

1. Bye bye Mr Hrovat, I have nothing but admiration for your efforts but AFL is just above your standard.
2. Turner is a small defender, not a small forward
3. The Garner v Wood conundrum - well, I've always been a Mason fan and wouldn't mind retaining him, but he's the more expendable and it's the right time to sell him. Garner far more damaging.
4. Larkey will be a game-winner in years to come.
5. Durdin probably has got "it" after all. Must persist. Might mean bye-bye Ben McKay.

the officiating really is a disgraceful blight on this game
The umps were more off their game than the players. That was a lazy, lackadaisical performance - almost on autopilot. Gawn was gifted frees any time he meekly leaned his boof-head into Goldie, even if it was him who was pushing first at least half the time. The frees paid against Cunnington were called play on when it was him doing the tackling. Sure, we also got some soft ones and things probably evened out, but that isn't what should happen. The game was disjointed and clunky, in part because the umps were on holiday and doing it by the numbers.

Last passage of play with Turner ,turning it over sums my feeling of the season on the negatives.

Turner, Hrovat, Jmac not required players in my opinion.

Replace them with better ball users and we'll be a finals contender.

I hope BBB gets his Coleman
Zuhaar or Larkey the rising star.

Polec is elite.

Higgins would be great to see him finish his career out with us.

TT . ...he's not far from breaking out.
Just wow.

Its been a great decade having Thomo in the side. A professional defender .

Shaw's gotta a preseason to Tweek our game plans.

It's gonna be a long off season .
