Good win by the VFL boys today. Henry with 4 goals was good from limited opportunities. The Brown boys had a heap of disposals between them, l think over 40 handballs between them. Liked Kelly's game, and he looks to be settling in as a key defender. Really hope he can continue his run injury free, because l think he can make the grade. Also thought Murley and Draper showed a bit today....

Cheers mate. I'd nearly be inclined to pick him for Essendon if his confidence is back up. Going to be hard to find room for him in the side though - I'd be happy giving Johnson another crack too

Both the Browns were excellent today, I’ll begrudgingly admit.
Thankfully, despite their excellent showing, there won’t be a spot of either of them in the senior side next week, with nobody really deserving to be dropped, and the club already facing the prospect of trying to fit Adams, IQ and possibly JDG and Grundy all back in.

Ollie was great, but finds himself in the same situation, with AJ doing more than enough to hold his spot.

A little disappointing from Finn after 2 excellent weeks playing the role of clearance machine, but he’s still a work in progress. Overall a great team effort, and the squad should be much stronger again next week with anywhere between 2-4 senior players to return.

The Browns are good at VFL level

They will continue to tease at VFL level. Going through the main list at present - they and Madgen should be at the top of the list for being moved on. Hopefully they keep playing well in the VFL and there may be a small chance we get something for them in a trade, they are in their 5th and 6th year and Madgen is 29.
