the bigger crime is letting the story run australia wide of the possession of drugs charge .WITHout saying what the drugs were.Every-man ,woman, and child had a opinion which presumed the worst.

One of the critera for charges to be laid is that their is a reasonably chance of convictions. If you have 3 people in a car and without being able identify who the drugs belong to their is no way of every being able to prove beyond a reasonalbe doubt the guilt of anyone of three people.

If it happens all the time their needs to be an over haul of the system bcause in some cases the possesion charge is just as damaging to the person as an conviction.

Refusing the drug test is a completely seperate issue and has absouletely no bearing on the possesion charges.
