Who would be getting dropped?

Snadden is a possibility. Allen maybe.
Would say Snadden and Allen should be definates, not maybes. Partington and Bennell have also been listed in the reserves in the budget.

On the other side I could see Tunbridge playing league. Mutimer could also be named but it would be premature in my opinion. Just like Snadden, he is just getting used to the pace of WAFL reserves, let him settle before he is promoted.

Why drop Partington after 1 poor game?

Karpany any chance to get promoted? Seems to have turned in a few decent performances and it's really now or never for him.

Hasn't had an impact on any games this year. He has been keeping out better players in the reserves that deserve their chance.

Has been getting more of the ball but just has no confidence. Missing easy shots on goal early then passing off inside 50 for the rest of the game. He is the poster boy for not promoting players too early, doesn't beleive in himself anymore and keeps second guessing his first instincts.

C: Oakley-Nicholls, Adamson, Roche
HF: Tunbridge, Lamb, Hille
F: Mutimer, McInnes, Giles
R: Johnson, McGinnity, Maginness
I: Partington, Karpany, Lague, Omodei, Bennell, Ameduri, Colledge, Allen

In: Maginness, Roche, Tunbridge, Mcginnity, Karpany, Gorter, Lague, Mutimer

Out: Payne, Snadden, Lucas, Ellis, Hart

Snadden dropped, looks like Allen, Colledge and Bennell will probably join him in the ressies. On the plus side Tunbridge and Mutimer (debut) have both been promoted and Karpany is also on the extended bench.

One or two emergencies will come back in, I expect Cole to be one of them. Ellis presumably out with that wrist injury.

playing snadden and Allen in the ressies wont hurt them but theres not much point playing tunners in the seniors either.

If they keep taking Lucas as the traveling emg one of these days he's going to play. It'll be like the time Luke Pomersbach played a T20I for Australia.

'Hey you, we've got no one else so shirt up and get out there'

Pomersbach had blistering talent. His ability wasn't the issue.

Good to see Maginness getting a league game. Hope he keeps fit.

I'm starting to think we made the wrong call appointing Jamie graham as our coach - had never coached a team before and had experience as a specialist coach/player welfare officer. Perhaps he should have become an assistant coach first to fully understand the ropes.

Our wafl players just don't seem to be putting that much pressure on the senior side but more of going through the motions - players like karps, Bennell, colledge, partington, giles all appear to be getting worse as the season wears on.

I don't see many wafl games but this is my sense based on news articles and these boards.

Would we have been better appointing someone with a bit more experience under their belt?

Just a thought.

Fantastic bloke - but given some of his interviews during the breaks in games on TV, you question whether he has a tactical bone in his body.
