Funny Story...
Got given a ticket to the WAFL Grandfinal on Sunday and thought it might be nice to take a couple of my kids. First time to the stadium for them, crowd not going to be too huge etc and support the WAFL
Log in to see about getting them tickets. There is a promo where kids <16 enter free with a pre-purchased adult ticket which is dandy but i don't need to buy an adult ticket.
There is no option to purchase junior tickets if you don't buy an adult ticket. There isn't even pricing on the website so I can't determine if I should buy the adult ticket to get the kids in free or try and get them a ticket at the gate on Sunday as the most cost effective option for my situation.
The Optus stadium customer service number just goes to message bank and 30 minute holding the line with Ticketmaster yields being connected to someones headset that is laying on a desk and hangs up on me after 3 or 4 minutes of enjoying the call centre background noise ambience.
Shit like this just pisses me off. They even have the nerve to call these things customer service numbers. These campaigners probably think putting needles in strawberries is customer service.
Does anyone know what it costs for a kids ticket to get into this thing?
