Round 14 proved to be quite a tough round with a couple of games seeing the underdog get up for a win. It was easy as can be for TJ Hendricks though who tipped all four games correct and got the bonus point after being the only tipster to select Perth to finish with five for the round.

With 14 rounds complete gaskin has extended his lead at the top of the ladder and now sits on 39 points ahead of a log-jam for second place which sees Barney44, Freofalcon, getgaff, Kram81 and Monocle all tied on 37 points.

Onto Round 15 now with this round a straight up traditional one with all games on Saturday at their usual time of 2:15pm. Claremont host Perth at the Showgrounds in what looks to be an entertaining contest, South Fremantle play East Perth with the Royals coming off their bye while Subiaco take on Swan Districts at Medibank Stadium. Unfortunately there is no TV game this weekend so I've gone with the West Perth vs East Fremantle contest up at Joondalup as the margin game which is the also match of the round.

The Reserves are as per usual this week, all matches start at 11:30am while the Colts' game begin at 9am also as per normal.

The weather is looking great for Saturday at the moment, with sunny conditions and 20 degrees expected on what is also election day in Australia. It will be a cool start though in the morning if you get down for the Colts with only seven degrees forecast as the minimum. Hopefully we'll see some bumper crowds this week with no WA AFL teams playing on the weekend and the great weather forecast. Happy tipping!!

A fairly tough round was had by most in Round 15 with most tipsters picking up two points for the round. A few bucked the trend by picking Perth to give themselves three while TJ Hendricks also got three after securing the bonus point this week.

There's not much change at the top with gaskin on 41 points, still leading by two from Barney44, Freofalcon and getgaff who sit on 39 points in a tie for second. In a tie for fifth are FiveStrings, Kram81, Monocle and Spanna_ a further point behind.

Swan Districts vs East Perth at Steel Blue Oval (2:15pm)
Peel Thunder vs West Perth at Bendigo Bank Stadium (2:15pm)
Perth vs Subiaco at Lathlain Park (2:15pm)
South Fremantle vs Claremont at Fremantle Community Bank Oval (2:40pm, margin)

Round 16 is upon us with all games on Saturday again this week. Swan Districts host East Perth at Bassendean, West Perth travel down to Mandurah to lock horns with Peel Thunder while Perth host Subiaco at Lathlain Park. The TV game this week sees South Fremantle host Claremont in the later starting time of 2:40pm which leads into Channel 7's AFL coverage.

Their isn't much change in the other grades this week with the Colts and Reserves' matches in the South Fremantle vs Claremont fixture starting at the later times of 9:20am and 11:50am respectively.

The weather for this round isn't looking good at the moment with showers expected on Saturday with the chance of a thunderstorm and some hail possible in the morning. Hopefully things can clear up towards the afternoon so the League matches can be somewhat dry. Happy tipping!!
