Round 11 proved to be very productive from a tipping perspective with the majority of our tippers getting three or four games correct in what proved to be a pretty reasonable round contest wise. Quite a few tipped all four games correctly but the bonus point was won by myself this week, Perth's winning margin was 64 points with my margin of 40 points being the closest out of all the tipping group.

Overall, we have gaskin and myself in the lead on 33 points while there's a nine-way tie for third place between a number of tipsters on 31 points.

Round 12 Fixtures

East Perth vs Claremont at Leederville Oval (1:40pm, margin)
Swan Districts vs Subiaco at Steel Blue Oval (2:15pm)
West Perth vs Perth at Joondalup Arena (2:15pm)
Bye: East Fremantle, Peel Thunder, South Fremantle

Round 12 is here with all matches on Saturday afternoon once again although there are only three games this week. Swan Districts come back from their bye in Round 11 and will host Subiaco in front of their home crowd at Steel Blue Oval in what is shaping up to be a pretty good contest. West Perth will do battle with Perth up at Joondalup in what is also looking to be a fairly entertaining game. The Falcons perhaps got a little lucky last week thanks to a controversial scoring decision while the Demons will head into the game full of confidence, coming off back to back wins and having had an excellent last few weeks. The telecast game this week is the opening game of the round with East Perth taking on Claremont at Leederville Oval. The Royals will be eager to keep their spot in the top five while Claremont need a win to keep their chances of finishing in the top five in tact after their controversial loss last week to the Falcons. The telecast gets underway at 1:30pm on Chanel Seven while bouncedown scheduled for 1:40pm. This match leads into Seven's AFL coverage but you'll need to switch over to 7mate after the match to see that game on Saturday evening.

In the other grades there's not too much movement with the Swan Districts vs Subiaco and West Perth vs Perth Colts and Reserves' matches to begin at their usual times of 9am and 11:30am respectively. It's a different story in the East Perth vs Claremont fixture with the Reserves starting at the earlier time of 10:55am while the Colts will play a twilight fixture with bouncedown at 4:25pm.

The forecast this week from a weather perspective is looking great with a mostly sunny day and 21 degrees predicted for Saturday. It will be cool in the morning if you're around for the earlier games so you'll need some warmer clothes for the morning.

Just the three games this week but they are all shaping up to be good contests and hopefully we'll see some entertaining games over the weekend. Happy tipping!!
