West Coast Eagles - 2018 AFL Premiers!!

Well, what a crazy year we've had so far. 2020 started out with bushfires all over the country with flooding rains in some parts of the eastern states followed by a once in a century virus which has caused a global pandemic, changing the world before our eyes with many of us having never experienced something like this before.
On the brighter side of things, footy is back for 2020 with the AFL already into the swing of things. This weekend marks the commencement of with the 2020 WAFL season and with it the BigFooty WAFL Tipping Competition is back for another season! The off-season saw plenty of news, transfers, clearances, retirements and other such points of interest over the summer break before the onset of COVID-19 brought things to a halt. However, with Western Australia able to bring the virus under control, the WAFL is back up and running with round one commencing this week in a fairly new look landscape with season 2020 to be something that we've never quite seen before at WAFL level. A nine round season with nine teams, only eight teams in the reserves, 16 minute quarters (plus time on) and an October Grand Final. What will the absence of the West Coast Eagles' reserves side have on the competition? How will Peel Thunder fare with no access to AFL listed Fremantle players this year? Can Perth break their finals drought and make their first finals series in more than two decades?
Last season saw Miguel Sanchez claim the 2019 tipping competition while Kram and Monocle tied for second place. Can that trio produce another stellar tipping season again this year or will someone else or perhaps even a new tipster claim season 2020 as their own?
Once again, I can announce that BigFooty have got behind the BigFooty WAFL Tipping Competition for 2020 with this year's winner to receive a year's Platinum subscription to the BigFooty Supporters' Club while our runner-up will receive a year's Gold membership. A big thank you once again to Chief and the team here at BigFooty for their continued support of the BigFooty WAFL Tipping competition and it is great to have them on board for another season.
The rules for this competition are as follows,
The matches for round one will be posted on Tuesday evening (tomorrow) in readiness for the first round. The fixtures for each round will generally be posted on Tuesday nights to give everyone enough time to put their tips in for the upcoming round.
If you're interested in tipping for 2020, post your interest below. There's plenty of room for new tipsters or for those who have had a break from tipping in recent years so if you know someone who is interested from around the boards or your club's team board, share this thread and tell them to jump aboard and get amongst the WAFL this season. Hopefully we will have another great tipping competition and a fantastic season once more in 2020.
