Tough choices to be made this week.

Collica, Wooden, Chambers & Wilson have done enough.

Exit - Humm, Chick (inj), Haynes, Cox
In - Jako, Wilson, Collica, Seaby

as well as wilson is doing in the WAFL he is going to find it tough getting back into the seniors. with gasper (darren) in fine form West Coast would be tempted to keep their unconventional forward line.

as for the Ins, gasper and read would be getting close.

I couldn't imagine the match committee making 4 changes to a side that just had one of our gutsiest wins in years.

Jako's a caertainty to come back - too many other changes will be a suprise.

Gutsy wins don't excuse passengers though. Haynes & Cox were very ordinary and Chick has an injury doubt, so there's 3 to start with.

If Chick misses out then just bring back Jakovich and were sweet.

Cox should be retained to help against Stafford in the ruck. Humm I thought was great so shouldnt be dropped.

Who we bring in will have to depend on the weather, if its a fine day, i cant see any reason why Wilson shouldnt be brought in. Collica would also have to be a chance

Gaspar was listed as available yesterday so I would expect he will come in although an extra week on that hammy could be good insurance. I can't see where Collica would fit in. Which defender would go?
I think the forward structure has worked fine especially with Gaspar but Jako has substituted well for him. So I wouldn't tinker apart from bringing one of those two back.
The main focus is to have someone strong enough to nullify Richo.

I think Carroll would welcome the chance to do better than he did a couple of years ago and Glass could also "go the scrag" against him.

IMO we must play the game our way and win the ruck and midfield, win stoppages & kick a winning score. Let Richmond worry about how they will contain us rather than worry too much about Richo.

Its all going to come down to the midfield, I reckon, and as your say, winning stoppages. On paper, RIchmond have a better set of talls at either end of the ground, and West Coast have a significantly better midfield. We just have to keep the pressure on, rove well, and hope that Gardiner gets on top- teams which are on top at clearances and out of the centre are pretty much unbeatable.

i was watching foxtel after the wrestling on tuesday, it was subi v west perth i think, and a few times during the quarter i watched, i think it was the 2nd, i was very impressed with Nicoski. Worth keeping him around the traps for a while me thinks.... not so impressed by Lynch, just couldn't seem to get near it .... Seaby looked promising, but it would be a massive step up from a game v subi to the AFL.

He has lost a lot of is bulk and it seems he is being groomed more as a CHB than a forward. By the looks of it they are trying to trim him down a bit to make him more of a runner.

He isn't the only one struggling to get a game this year. I would have thought Collica, Chambers and Wooden, and to a lesser extent McDougal, Humm, Adkins and Munro would all be semi-walkups into our side this year. But the continued development of a few players as well as the return of Read and Morrison and the recruitment of Chick has squeezed a few players out of the starting 22.
