Grego and Shanahan playing in defense again is just depressing.

It was a much more exciting team with Grego on ball and Jobe playing as our main target forward.

Obviously the 2 of them are being tried out in positions where the senior teams needs are the greatest. That is one of the roles of the beagles. It also provides the 2 players with the best opportunity to make their debuts. Having players who can play in a variety of roles is a good thing.

Re Shanahan, we have a surplus of KPFs - even if Oscar goes - and we’re short on KPDs. Brock is still only ‘promising’ and so far HEd’s ceiling doesn’t seem to be much beyond ‘adequate’. It makes sense we try one of the KPFs as a KPD. I’ll let the board argue as to who.

Similarly, maybe to a lesser extent, with trialling Grego as a back.

I find the 7plus app terrible at finding the upcoming wafl games. I wanna watch the WAFL side today and when I search 7 plus it only gives me replays or a preview of the Freo derby.

You have to wait until 15 mins or so before the game, then it will show up under sports in the live section

For WAFL games I agree but I’d put it down me to being in Melbourne - as if there was some geographical element to it. (I don’t use a VPN.)
