Every week this season they have released a WAFL recap on a Wednesday afternoon after the weekends game.

Given how much you complain and moan I thought you would have known this, already.

Every week this season they have released a WAFL recap on a Wednesday afternoon after the weekends game.

Given how much you complain and moan I thought you would have known this, already.

Except the first pre-season game, which they never mentioned at all.

And last week’s game, when the recap came out on the Tuesday.

Apart from those two examples, all three previous games this year have had recaps come out on Wednesday afternoon.

And I thought the season proper might get a bit more attention than the scratchies.

How about the club actually pays a modicum of attention to one of the “three programs” they continue to trumpet?

And how about you just stick me on Ignore if you don’t like my whinging?

It’s when it’s distributed, put in the clubs news feed on the website and released on X that matters.

Who knows, by your logic the article might already be written and just waiting to be released.

Flynn was awesome, Petch too.

Seeing Angry Bo Allan was interesting. Had a chip on his shoulder and a bit of the Clay Halls about him. Unfortunately his disposal and decision making in general was shocking so wouldn't want him at AFL level right now unless it's Sub or as a tagger.

Grego on the other hand was very good. Impressed with him on the ball, I hope that's here to stay. Compared to Allan it's night and day as far as skills, balance and composure goes. Just needs some more muscle, blokes got the Nick Blakey shoulders.

Johnston was ok, Tom Cole vibes.

Shanahan shows loads glimpses of his marking powers. Needs time.

Bazzo and Barnett.. bleh.

Sort of have some sympathy with them.

Each Friday, I commit to accepting our lot in life and that I'm done with the negative posting (i.e. that we recruited a short midget, who can't kick or handball, but will win the Auskick best trier award every time - almost the equivalent of the Masto best celebrator and bum slapper award).

Then comes game day............

and FMD or to put if in footy parlance...... I just led from FF to see another kick sail over my head into the arms of my opponent.........although I suppose I should thank my lucky stars (no, TK ain't one of those), that I didn't get a hospital kick and a ride in a vehicle that makes more whah, whah noises than Dom.

and without knowing it..........I've made multiple posts about how shite we are and upset the missus (again) with all my pent up, expressed despair (no not in the bedroom.... but with my yelling at the TV - yes honey, I know they can't hear me).

Mind you, I am interspersing these posts with the odd, I am loving Gross, Dewar etc.

The Eagles were overpowered by the Sharks in their season-opener
