Hewett could potentially also be playing if he's fit and not going to Adelaide I'm presuming.

Hewett ruled out for one week I believe. Should come through the WAFL for a fortnight when back. Pou sent to the VFL last year for an 8 week stint and came back into the afl on fire.

I've used Twatter 3 times in my life, one of them was on Saturday to complain at 7 about the WAFL game coverage.

Does it matter? This is all a thing because you reckon the club doesn’t provide updates unless we win.

Well, since it seems we’re going down this path again…

I reckon they pay scant attention to the WAFL team in general and particularly when they don’t win. I posted that because it was Wednesday and they were yet to make any mention of the team’s season opener that happened the previous Saturday, either publicizing it in the lead up or reporting on it after it happened.

Now it’s Thursday, the next game is tomorrow and they’ve finally put up a match report, a summary of our listed AFL listed players from the coach and some video highlights.

For the record I’m much happier with the level of coverage they’ve now given to the game. I hope it’s replicated through the season. And I hope it’s a bit more timely than pumping it out a week after the game happens.

I think they might be forced to this week by the level of interest Kelly will generate.

Will hopefully see Kelly, Petch, Flynn, Brockman, Long, Johnston, Allan, Grego, Shanahan, Rawlinson, Barnett, Bazzo, Champion and Livingstone tomorrow night. Would have to be the strongest side the Beagles have put out since 2019.

If you add Brockman, Kelly, Long, and Cole to this it should definitely be a competitive WAFL team.

I think Cole might stay over since the other 2 emergencies already named in the side.
