Refer posts above: The problem is not necessarily the THEORY of Religion but uneducated uninformed idiots who can not take it in context and devote their whole lives to someone else's idea.

Combined that with young people locked out of society, without a reasonable chance of a decent income and in (males) case unable to get laid and you have a recipe for catastrophe. Add in an overpopulated, globalised world still operating on pre historic ideas with a dose of Human nature and it is a recipe for mayhem. The only real saving grace is is the world is not completely in pieces.
