I know much has been said about him but as a norwood supporter i have seen him alot this year and the kid will be something special...i think he and tippet will make a strong forward line as the develop, Not sure if anyone has posted this but this video shows how good walker will be and already is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-W3AFq8ohQ

personally i think its strange that Craig came out and said that Walker wasnt ready yet and that there was a considerable stepup from SANFL to AFL (playing against men with football hardened bodies or something like that).....

yet they pick Dangerfield who is playing in a lesser competition against teenagers - and to top it off he doesnt even train with the team.

I agree, dont get me wrong i dont dislike Nick Gill or anything but Taylor certainly shows more class and skill

This isn't entirely accurate.

Neil Craig came out and said that Walker needs to get more consistency in his efforts (not only game to game but from quarter to quarter). There are also questions over his defensive pressure which we all know turns Craig on.

Dangerfield on the other hand has been talked up all year as a "would be playing if he was living in Adelaide" prospect.

Perhaps Walker should be getting a game before Dangerfield - hell, I'd love to see him debut - but the "mixed messages" people keep talking about aren't actually there.
