I thought it was illegal in vic, atleast I was told soThere was an article somewhere recently about the legality of driving with headphones.
(Referring to NSW law) it said the was no specific law against it, but could result in prosecution of you have an accident, coming under the umbrella of "not being in proper control of your vehicle".

People driving with headphones are probably not concentrating on driving a lot. Deaf people would be concentrating on the road only.Deaf people are allowed to drive aren't they?
