Kane a certainty with Stiffy and Dave W to fight out a potential second spot.

Now that the Moderator Cup has been run and won, it's time for a quick review of the race.

Kane - Class did prevail in the end and the short priced favourite romped in

Dave W - nice race and ready to win should they run a second Moderator's Cup

Stiffy - for obvious reasons, the human tripod would be much better suited by a 3 legged race

Jars - a late withdrawal - didn't pass the pre-race swab

ant - negativity took over and he ran in the wrong direction.

KB - this filly's mind was obviously elsewhere (I would suggest perhaps the coming orgy??)

napsyd - honest trier but no match for the flashy chestnut Kane

dyertribe - sensationally backed from 20-1 into 4-1. Later found out it was his money!!

Topjars - couldn't give a flying f*ck and was more interested in an after race drink.

noddy - honest old gelding who couldn't match it with the stallions

macca's_no 1 - better suited as a hack, very untractable.


One to follow - dyertribe, all the way to the coming orgy!!!

That's very kind of you Kane, but after the extreme concussion I suffered (from the draining of blood from the head to elsewhere) when _espoir patted my bum in the Bigfooty showdown, it had to be the spelling paddock for me!!!

As I said above with your well-earned victory - class prevailed.

However, if it had been a 3 legged race, I would have had Stiffy at 1-5 favourite due to his physical advantages.
