This is a sensitive area for some. With that in mind, I'm going to remind a few posters a few things:
  • personal attacks are against forum rules. From this point, any attacks that are directed at another poster will be treated with a warning, then infractions and threadbans if it continues.
  • the spread of misinformation is also against the rules. This is taken very seriously by moderation, and you will be asked to support your opinion from time to time. If you cannot satisfy this, you will be provided an opportunity to retract your post; if you do not, you will receive an infraction and a threadban on that basis.
This is a forum for adults, and I'd appreciate you all treating each other appropriately.

Russia has never officially admitted that the Moskva was sunk by an Ukrainian strike. Only that it has sunk due to a fire on board leading to the detonation of ammunition which caused serious damage.
The Russian soldier who threw a lit cigarette in the Moskva must have been redeployed to the air field. The Russian army really needs to put up "no smoking" sign wherever this guy goes.

Amnesty Putinational probably reckons the airfield was full of Ukrainian schools and hospitals and a UA truck drove past it and that for this reason Russia had to bomb it.

Maybe not exactly that but definitely something without a shred of accuracy but plentiful shreds of aligning with a terrorist mob.

Well Russian media is running with a Nth Korea is prepared to provide 100,000 troops to help with the war effort. So in esteemed company.
Lol. Starving soldiers, who are even less allowed to show initiative at lower ranks than Russians. Who are used to using even older equipment. If it did happen I'm sure the South Koreans would love it. They'd look to funnel equipment to Ukraine and let them kill as many as possible, less facing them across the DMZ.

Ah, you must be referring to Igor, a member of the Russian resistance and public enemy no. 1!

Some more footage of the aftermath of the strikes on the airfield. This is on the outskirts so not sure what the target was, but where did that steel beam come from?

More Russian melts, this time re the propaganda machine's difficulty understanding why Google tells them to * off.

From "We Can Explain" TG channel [link] .
Margarita Simonyan, Andrey Karaulov and other propagandists sued Google - they are unhappy with the blocking of their YouTube channels and want to return to this site.

Simonyan sued Google (https://kad.arbitr.ru/Card/52e07b52-76a7-40bb-9aea-5d19ed8131b3), the We Can Explain channel drew attention. The lawsuit was filed with the Moscow Arbitration Court by IP Simonyan Margarita Simonovna. The lawsuit was filed with the court on August 3rd. The nature of the claim is not known. Margarita Simonyan did not answer the question of the “We Can Explain” correspondent.

Her YouTube channel with 50,000 viewers was blocked on June 25 (YouTube по требованию Украины закрыл каналы пропагандистов Соловьева и Симоньян) at the request The security services of Ukraine are among 422 channels that Kyiv considered supporting the war. Perhaps the propagandist is trying to unlock it.

Back in the spring, the authorities threatened to block YouTube in the Russian Federation, but they never found a replacement for it. And now Z-propaganda hopes to return to the most popular platform - especially since victory in Russian courts is guaranteed to it.

Andrey Karaulov also filed a lawsuit against the American IT giant (https://kad.arbitr.ru/Card/5d214f0b-7dee-49e2-a171-19591500704e). His YouTube channel with over 2.5 million subscribers was suspended in May. Karaulov himself, in an interview with Maxim Shevchenko, stated () that Google thus "fulfilled the request (head of Rostec) Sergey Chemezov", whom the journalist repeatedly criticized in his transfers.

The Duma TV channel also decided to sue Google, State Duma deputy Anton Gorelkin said () in his Telegram channel. He explained the filing of the lawsuit by the fact that the Youtube channel of the lower house of parliament was blocked without explanation.

Earlier, Tsargrad TV channel filed a lawsuit against Google (Российский телеканал подал в суд на Google), whose Youtube channel was blocked back in July 2020. On the TV channel, the blocking was associated with a “political action against Konstantin Malafeev” (the businessman has been under Western sanctions for 8 years for supporting the DPR). Google has lost all cases against Tsargrad in Russian courts. Now the Tsargrad Youtube channel cannot be viewed abroad, but it can be viewed on the territory of Russia.

Simonyan's stupid face just for punctuation :)

A lot of the footage apparently came from Evpatoriya which is at the other end of the tourism district from the airbase. Adds even more gravity to the size of the explosion considering the videos were being captured from up to 15km away.

Also to the traffic gridlock videos with ppl skedaddlin' is reportedly from near the Kerch bridge, suggesting its not just a move to another part of Crimea. They're getting entirely out of there.

Apparently the airfield at Melitopol also got hit again last night, it's just that the news in Crimea is a bit more sensational, that it's squeezed a bit into the background.

So the attack on the Saki airbase in Crimea was definitely a hit by UAF forces. How do you know this? Because the Russian propaganda machine are in full swing making sh!t up and can't get their story straight. All is well comrades, believe us!
Beat me to it Vis. How did I know that Russian incompetence wasn't responsible for the explosions on this occasions? Because the Russians said they were.

I call it the "Donald Trump Principle".

What’s a bit weird is that Russia is going with their munitions blew up rather than a missile

Surely we are so incompetent our weapons blew up our own base reads worse than our enemy attacked us?
The reason they are saying this is all political.

The Kremlin have been all huff and puff on how attacking Crimea would mean war and unleashing hell.

If they acknowledged this attack, they would have to declare war and mobilise. Putin does not want this as internally he knows the majority of those who would be mobilised, the youth don’t want this war. There is a huge risk that instead they will revolt.

Last time the Russian army revolted, the 1917 revolution happened…..

I wonder how many people inside Russia believe that this is an accident. The Moskva, many other "accidents" and now this It's happening very regularly. Surely everybody knows these are just open lies from the Kremlin now.

Though the Kremlin has form of lying in the face of overwhelming evidence even before the war.

A few days back this story broke where it was alleged the self installed Russian puppet mayor of Kherson Vladimir Saldo was poisoned by the resistance and is now in an induced coma in Moscow.

His sidekick’s official line is that its all fatigue and he’s just resting.

Mind you Saldo’s deputy was shot dead a few days back.

North Korea isn't letting its soldiers outside North Korea, they might see something that makes them question what they have been told.

I saw a video of a Ukrainian villager who said the provincial Russian soldiers were surprised by the amenities and facilities they had in their village, can you imagine what a NK soldier might think.

Ukraine have those long range anti-radiation missiles now, it sounds like they're accurate enough so they should be able to hit all kinds of long range military targets.
These are used to take out ground radar systems by honing in on the signal, and there have been reports in the last week that they have caused havoc amongst Russian systems in the south. So much so that they were able to do the hit on the Crimean airbase yesterday without being interecepted due to the degradation of the Russian air defence system.

Kremlin probably needs a lesson in plausible deniability. It's something they have severely struggled with recently.
