i can read...warnock wants to come to carlton..so inturn we keep our offer and we dont walk away until the end of trade week or if he suddenly wants to go to melb (which is unlikely).

I would think Freo are still in a pretty good position to be honest.
Warnock has already expressed a desire to not "screw over" Freo. If they hold out & it's looking like the PSD (Melbourne) then, if he's going to end up there anyway, he'll quite possibly agree to a trade with Melb to be out on good terms.
