He bowled plenty of disco balls tonight, inviting Finch and Rohrer to dance down the wicket and smash him out of the ground.

He can name the next one 'Sleazy Winebar'.
You've probably answered your own question.why so much hate for warney in this thread?
yeah he's a bit of a tosser and he's got a lot of bogan about him but he's still less of a tosser than most people. i'd say if he wasn't famous he's been an allright guy to have a beer with, but probably a guy you can only take in small doses.

the funny thing about him when he was playing was he was actually one of them people who had a beer in his hand a lot but did not drink many at all.he was caught out a few times by team mates having the same can in his hands for hours.I am guessing it's because he always appeared to be a good old fashioned Aussie larrikin, played cricket, loved a pie and a beer at the footy, etc. Even though he was a bit of a tosser, you liked him anyway.
These days he's turned into someone the average Aussie wouldn't walk across the road to say hello to. The last straw for me was him claiming he has never bowled better and would be available for the next 2 Ashes campaigns.
Tongue in cheek or not, it just smacked of comments from someone who is right up himself.

He doesn't really drink beer, so the fact that he does is a bit of an illusion he creates
his favourite drink used to be midori and lemonade iirc
I heard that he once drank a record 51 bottles of Raspberry Vodka Cruisers on a plane to England.his favourite drink used to be midori and lemonade iirc
