This I think was our worst drafting year ever and was really and was the start of the bad times and Matthews demise at Collingwood.

Our best recruit was Greg Turner yet he never played a game. I cant recall any player playing a game but I could be wrong.

You have to take into consideration that in that era drafting was very hit and miss and TRUE duds were picked. The science of drafting has picked up considerably since then and the 'duds' of 2002's draft (Nixon, Shackleton, King) are a hell of a lot better than the duds of the early 90s. Sadly the true dud is being phased out due to the increasing developments in the science that is drafting.
